How to use

Apply to clean lashes. Start at the base of the lash and comb through for an even application

Black & Electric blue: aqua (water), ceresin, dimethicone, stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, glycerin, glyceryl stearate se, quaternium-18 bentonite, triethanolamine, acrylates/octylacrylamide copolymer, synthetic wax, phenoxyethanol, sodium laureth sulfate, pvp, dichlorobenzyl alcohol, methylparaben, propylparaben, hydroxyethylcellulose, oleic acid, disodium edta, panthenol. May contain (+/-): ci 77007 (ultramarines), ci 77499 (iron oxides).
